In a Twitter handle through his social media platform on Thursday evening, Oguda, who is also an ODM blogger and Raila's diehard, blasted the Head of State over his recent claims on the insufficient funds.
According to Oguda, despite President William Ruto saying that the country is in debt, he is still proposing a 300 billion budget cut. He further blasted him for creating unconstitutional government positions (Prime Cabinet Secretary) so as to reward his cronies hence creating unnecessary public wage bill.
He further blasted Ruto saying that he can try and fool some few Kenyans but not all of them at the same time.
"You say the country is in debt and you're proposing a 300B budget cut. At the same time, you're creating unconstitutional Gov't positions to reward your cronies and ballooning the public wage bill. You can carry some Kenyans pumpkin, but you can't carry all of them all the time." posed Oguda.
