Deputy President William Ruto concluded today his visit to votes-rich Nyamira County. The second in command supported various small scales traders as he sell his Economic model of the Bottom-up Approach.
DP Ruto, who is considered as the top contender to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta when he finishes his second term next year August has been making inroads to the region which is considered as swaying region when it comes to voting in General Elections.
However, details have emerged that Deputy President William Ruto left Nyamira County as a frustated man. This is according to Raila Odinga ally Abuga Makori who revealed that four of DP Ruto allies could be out of Ruto's Camp before December this year.
Notably, no Governor or Senator is supporting Deputy President from both Kisii and Nyamira County. Hon Charles Nyachae has been also missing in the latest Ruto meetings in both Kisii and Nyamira Counties.
