The Mount Kenya region mainly consisting of the former central province whose current Kingpin is Uhuru Kenyatta is the most contested part of the country with different political leaders eyeing the position of the president paying several visits constantly. The reason why these politicians want to win this region is due to its high population and the fact that it's current Kingpin,the president is expected to retire come 2022.

However, the latter might not be the case according to some rumours that surfaced the online recently. According to the allegations, the president is planning to endorse the former Kiambu governor, William Kabogo. The president on Sunday,7th held a meeting with the former Kiambu governor, William Kabogo whose details are not known to the public.

"President Uhuru Kenyatta spends a Sunday with former Kiambu governor, William Kabogo amid rumours that Kabogo is being groomed for the Mount Kenya Kingpin." the post stated.

Kenyans shared there different reactions to the post,some claiming Kabogo is up to the task and a perfect successor of the president as the next mount Kenya Kingpin.
