Ruto and his allies have heavily hit at the interior CS Fred Matiangi over the increased cases of insecurity in the country. This is after several people were killed by bandits at the night of today in Mandera and Samburu counties.

Matiangi has been accused of engaging in politics support Raila Odinga yet he is the interior CS. According to Ruto and his team, the Cabinet Secretary is failing in his job rather involving himself in politics party of the reason they feel he must resign and become Raila Odinga's chief campaigner.
It's clear since Matiangi concentrated on politics, we have lost several people in Laikipia, Mandera as well Samburu to bandits. His main focus now is into politics instead of fighting to secure the country.
Today alone six people were killed by bandits as CS Matiangi is busy politicking and planning how to push Ruto out using police in 2022. However it's clear most of Ruto allies are keen to have him resign for taking sides politically yet the police are involved in securing elections in 2022.
