Prof Makau Mutua, who describes himself as a "Suny distinguished professor" has taken to Twitter offering condition for the two leaders to reconcile.
According the outspoken professor, Mr. Kenyatta and Mr. Ruto can only reconcile if one of them submits — succumbs — to the other.
He further wonders if President Uhuru will take the first step or Dp Ruto will surrender and seek peace with his boss.
"Will the scion of the Burning Spear blink, or will the son of Samoei eat crow?"
However, Makau says even if the two reconcile mutually, President Uhuru will be hurt the most for being defeated by his subordinate.
"Even a 50-50 split would leave Mr. Kenyatta with egg on his face — in a TOTAL defeat by his subordinate"
Source brief to opera news rubbished any possible submission from President Uhuru saying asuperior can only submit to a subordinate in dreamland and the latter seems to suffer from a "sympathy addiction combined with delusions of grandeur!"
