Reggea has stopped Mudavadi says as he breaks his silence

Musalia Mudavadi finally broke his silence about High Court ruling that stopped the Building Bridges Initiative bill.

The A.N.C leader believes that the BBI Reggea has stopped because the promoters of the BBI Bill will not be able to beat the timeline.

He argues that the contents of the BBI document will not be applicable unless referendum is held before August .

However appealing of the case will take time with lawyers warning that there are slim chances of court of appeal overturning the rulling made to stop the BBI by the high court .

He also said that the Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has limited capacity and ability to conduct a referendum due to lack of Quorum and hence t whole process can only be done after 2022 general elections.

Musalia Mudavadi advices President Kenyatta to agree with the Deputy President's proposal so that they can have a consensus
