For a period of time now, Deputy President William Ruto and his allies have been engaging themselves in a heated war of words with COTU boss Francis Atwoli and as things seem to be, their differences may not be ending anytime soon.
That is because today, DP William Ruto's top ally Boni Khalwale came out to highly embarrass Atwoli as he lectured him publicly about the 2022 general election. According to the former Kakamega County senator, Atwoli and the Mt. Kenya Foundation should know that their money won't be influential in the forthcoming poll.
"A bunch of tycoons, aka Mt Kenya Foundation, want it believed that they can choose the 5th President for Kenyans. COTU's Francis Atwoli, dreams of reading out to the Baluhyia a list of leaders to be elected. Gentlemen, there are somethings in life that money cannot buy." Tweeted Boni Khalwale.
Until now, Atwoli is yet to respond but definitely, Khalwale must be prepared because he will probably be hitting out soon.
