Former Murang'a Governor Vows to Revive Mount Kenya's Political Glory

The former Murang'a boss by the name Mwangi wa Iria has vowed to lead Mount Kenya region. The region has been without a regional kingpin since the retirement of former president Uhuru Kenyatta. Wa Iria has claimed that there have been sustained and deliberate efforts to make him irrelevant in the region's political leadership. So he noted that since the current leadership is afraid to speak up for the region's residents, he's purposing to reclaim their lost political glory. Wa Iria has promised to make a political comeback in January year two thousand and twenty three under Usawa Kwa Wote party to champion the people's interest.

Wa Iria has further dismissed the ongoing investigations into his wife's activities while she served as Murang'a first lady. Claiming that the cases were distractions meant to divert his attention from his main subject matter and vision for the Mount Kenya region. He has also vowed to fight anyone challenging him and no form of intimidation would distract him from his vision for the Mount Kenya people. His wife had earlier been implicated in graft cases which he says is meant to distract him from his main agenda.

Serving ten years as a governor isn't easy. I mean getting chosen by people twice is an achievement. I support Wa Iria in chasing his dreams.
