The Controversial Blogger Dennis Itumbi has released a statement following Dp William Ruto's empowerment visit in Kilifi County.Itumbi who is allied to be Dp Ruto's blogger has released a statement with regards to the bottom up economic model after Dp William Ruto empowered various groups and Saccos in Kilifi County.
According to the Controversial Blogger's Tweeter account,he has reiterated that meeting the group of boda boda riders in Nyali Mombasa is the one that is the bottom up economic model is all about.The supporting of mama Mboga is to ensure they are stable is actually what the again the bottom is all about.Itumbi further added that Dp William Ruto supported the two Saccos with a grant of 5 million that will enable them boost their business.
