The next general election which is planned to happen on August this year is now moving closer as leaders work hard in their campaigns. According to the news which was shared on the social media platforms, the deputy president William Ruto and his Kenya kwanza team today attended a meeting with leaders who are in a pre election assessment mission ahead of August election.
According to the news which was shared on the social media platforms, the meeting was held at the deputy president William Ruto's residence in Karen Nairobi county. The foreign leaders who attended a meeting were led by the Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan. The other leaders who attended a meeting includes Hon Ababu Namwamba, Hon Josephat Nanok, United Democratic Alliance party chairman Hon Johnson Muthama, Kenya kwanza running mate Hon Rigathi Gachagua, Amani National Congress party leader Hon Musalia Mudavadi among other Kenya kwanza leaders.
Ruto said that he has confidence that the coming general election will be held in a free and fair manner. Let us maintain peace among each other during this time of campaign.
