The Deputy President of Kenya, Dr. William Ruto has been on the headlines after he was denied permission by Head of Public Service yesterday to travel outside the country. DP Ruto was to travel to Uganda with a section of his Tangatanga brigade including Kiharu MP, Ndidi Nyoro, Kapseret MP, Oscar Sudi and Hon. Benjamin Tayari.
DP Ruto seems to be close with President Yoweri Museveni and his planned meeting was highly speculative. Sources claim that his misfortunes are politically instigated. Kisumu Women Representative, Rosa Buyu has insisted that the President and Deputy President are not equal hence the government was justified to deny DP Ruto permission to travel to Uganda.

The DP must know his place…The DP cannot enjoy all the perks as DP out there while back home he does not support the President’s agenda…That is taking it too far…It cannot be that rosy
