Former president Uhuru Kenyatta has landed himself in trouble over the actions that he took which defense cabinet secretary honorable Aden Duale has used to expose the mistakes he has made.
In his statement, Duale has faulted Uhuru for going against the constitution to allow the Kenya Meat Commission (KMC) to be run by the military something that president Ruto's executive order has overturned.
"All those things that the former president did including KMC was unconstitutional. Right now the new executive order has returned everybody to his place in accordance with the law and the constitution," said CS Aden Duale.

Unlike what Uhuru did while in office, it has been revealed that KMC will now be reverted to the ministry of agriculture which is under the patronage of cabinet secretary Mithika Linturi.
"So KMC now is under the ministry of livestock so I have asked minister Linturi that you've got one month either to say and I agree they are doing very well. KMC you know the military is a recipient of the meat," said CS Aden Duale.
