Garissa Township Member of Parliament Hon Aden Duale has taken to his social media platforms to react to the four Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission commissioners who on Monday disowned the presidential election results that were declared by Wafula Chebukati.
Concerning the election percentages that have caused mixed reactions across the country, Aden Duale recommended the commissioners consult their respective primary school teachers.
The vocal lawmaker also said that the commissioners should go and check article 138(10) of the constitution which states that the chairperson of the IEBC is the returning officer of the presidential election therefore he is the one mandated to declare the winner of the election.
Wiliam Ruto strong supporter also said that is time to move on. This comes after Raila Odinga rejected election results and declared that they will move to the Supreme Court of Kenya to challenge Ruto's win.
