Through her official Facebook page Ngirici said its time to work and not to take photos.
"The time to take photos is up. It's time to deliver the votes to H.E Dr. William Ruto. I choose to retreat and consolidate Kirinyaga votes and that is the value that H.E William Ruto is looking for in UDA ~ PW," said Ngirici.
Ngirici is a staunch supporter of the deputy president William Samoi Ruto's presidential bid come 2022.
She had also declared her interest for the Kirinyaga governorship position which is currently being held by Anne Waiguru.

Linason Dominic wrote "Your future is Luminous madam Governor 2022..... Trust in yourself and have confidence with the residents of Kirinyaga,"
Bore Clement says "You are one of the people who formed UDA from the scratch....there is no where you are going...and the gubernatorial position will be yours mapema...ukihepa itakua uoga and you will lose vibaya sana,"
