Suna east constituency member of the national assembly Hon Junet Mohamed is now claiming that president William Ruto's Kenya Kwanza administration is allegedly offering money to justice Aggrey Muchelule and other tribunal members to resign.
In a social media message, Junet, who made the allegations without providing any meaningful evidence, alleged that the Ruto team is trying to bribe the Aggrey Muchelule led team to resign from office barely few days after being sworn into office.
He further claimed that president William Ruto's administration forcefully pushed through the probe against the four dissenting IEBC commissioners at the justice and legal affairs committee, had the matter tabled in parliament and had a tribunal formed and sworn in with haste. He wondered why Ruto is now now allegedly enticing them to resign.
"If you brought a petition to parliament and took it through JLAC forcefully, brought it to the plenery of the House and passed it at night with Kenya Kwanza alliance Mps and the same evening formed a tribunal and had the chief justice swear them at night then why are you enticing them with Money to resign!" he wrote.
