New details have been revealed on what His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta went ahead to do moments after holding a crucial meeting at State House where he witnessed the signing of a Joint Declaration between Kenya and the European Union (EU) in the morning.
According to State House spokesperson Kanze Dena Mararo, the Commander-in-Chief held another meeting with the security council where Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr Fred Matiang'i, Head of Public Service Dr Joseph Kinyua, Interior PS Karanja Kibicho and a dozen of Security Chiefs attended. Details now reveal that extensive talks were held on matters pertaining the security of the country.
At the same time, a dramatic change of politics has erupted today following the new reports that the wife of COTU Chairman Francis Atwoli has joined Deputy President William Ruto's UDA camp. During today's Bottom-Up rally that swept across some regions in Western region, Mama Roslida Simiyu expressed her massive support for the Hustler Nation movement ahead of August 9th elections. However, it should be noted that Mama Roslida Simiyu is currently considered as Atwoli's ex-wife.
