There was drama in an Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) meeting after one politician allied to deputy president William Ruto tried to sell the hustler narrative to the crowd.
Allan Chesang who eyes Trans Nzoia county senatorial seat in 2022 using Ruto's United Democratic Alliance (UDA) ticket was heckled and humiliated by the angry supporters of the former prime minister Raila Odinga.
His motive to sell hustler politics to the crowd was unknown when he was passed the mic to address the people only for him to start by referring the audience as members of the hustler.
This sparked mixed reactions amongst those in attendance provoking ODM member and Saboti member of parliament Caleb Amisi on the podium with him to grab the mic and hand it over to party's secretary general Edwin Sifuna who was also in attendance.
