Communist party of Kenya's vice chairman Buka Ngesa Omole via the standard revealed what costed Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalitions leader the presidential seat in the August election.
Omole has revealed that Odinga's poor management of his campaign costed him from being the head of state, a position which is currently being held by president William Ruto.
He further opined that Odinga's failure to clinch the presidential seat saw many people lose political hope in him and it's the result, they are now ditching his camp for Ruto's side .
Speaking on 2027 polls, Omole cited that the veteran opposition leader is capable of making a comeback but if he decides to endorse another candidate, then it will be good for the nation.
" Age and Energy are not on Raila Odinga's side but I won't be surprised if he bounces back. However if he goes home, many strong and sober politicians will come and it will be good for the nation", he said.
His remarks comes off when kenyans are expecting Odinga to endorse Kalonzo Musyoka ahead of 2027 polls.
