Malala likened ODM leader Raila Odinga to an abusive husband, who oppresses his wife and goes ahead to have an affair with another woman.
“Our party has been in a marriage for five years and in this marriage, we have been beaten. Our husband gets drunk, comes to beat us, he doesn’t give us food. Any food he gets, he eats it alone,
When we expected that our husband has found something, he got a ‘Mpango wa Kando’ and left us. ANC party is in an abusive marriage, and we want your prayers. Please pray for us so that our Party leader does not go back to the NASA marriage, let him focus on the future,” Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala said during a church function on July 12.
In his parable, Malala likened Raila to the abusive husband, and Uhuru is the Mpango wa Kando who takes him away from his family.
His sentiments come as plans to revive the NASA coalition gains momentum.
