Before the general election in August, the political elite must make sure they have visited every region of the nation. It's predicted that the presidential campaign will be fiercely contested.
Today, Martha Karua, the vice presidential candidate for Azimio la Umoja, will be in Nairobi County evangelizing for Azimio la Umoja at rallies.
Before going to rallies, they will first attend a church service at Westlands ADC. They will strike at Marikiti, Kawagware, Kariobangi, and Githurai, where the rally will come to an end. Other leaders who support Azimio la Umoja will be there, as will Nairobi Azimio Aspirants.
This occurs at a time when Nairobi is one of the key voting locations for the upcoming election. Kenya Kwanza Alliance and Azimio la Umoja Coalition both made significant campaign investments in Nairobi to increase their vote totals.
