Popular Uganda lawyer David Matsanga has hinted through his official facebook page minutes after deputy president William Ruto Launched his 2022 presidential manifesto.
According to him the second in command of the republic of Kenya William Ruto's manifesto is not not strong enough to convince Kenyans into voting for him the August 9 general elections.

"Ruto's manifesto is not a political manifesto but an MOU between the a loan lender and loan borrower. this is very sad a document that says the SGR to Naivasha was good thing to collect skins and hides for export". Dr. David Matsanga wrote.
Do you think that deputy president William Ruto's manifesto is strong enough to convince Kenyans ahead of this year's presidential election? It's now a matter of wait and see what happens in the coming months if he will succeed his boss president Uhuru Kenyatta or not.
