Final preparations are in the first class at Kasarani Stadium in Nairobi ahead of President-elect William Ruto's swearing-in ceremony scheduled for tomorrow, September 13, 2022.
Before the swearing-in ceremony in Kasarani, it emerged that former Cherangany constituency MP Hon Joshua Kutuny had been blocked from the Karen residence gate in Ruto.
According to reports, Kuruny and Alex Tolgus were prevented from leaving Karen's residence as they attempted to solicit an audience of the president-elect before being sworn in.

Kutuny broke the silence about the allegations, calling them fake and urging members of the public to ignore and ignore the reports.
"This is fake!!! Please ignore," Kutuny said.
