Muranga leaders have asked the government to complete the Muranga Rescue Center Which was left incomplete after Alleged misuse of resources.
The rescue centre managed by the child welfare society of Kenya (CWSK) accommodate 117 children and was designed to hold 500 children. MCAs Elizabeth Wambui and Margaret Wanjiku from Kimorori and Wangu wards said it was a pity that the noble project was abandoned".

"The facility has 127 children and if the houses that were under construction are finished, more than 500 street children can be accommodated in the facility". Said Wambui.
The project was designed to rescue the children from the streets to support their continuation of education. Wanjiku pleaded with Kihara MP Ndindi Nyoro to ensure the project was completed for the community's interest.

It's now a matter of wait and see what happens in the coming months if Kihara member of parliament Hon Ndindi Nyoro will deliver the completion of the education centre or not.
