Citizen TV has revealed what the four Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, IEBC suspended Commissioners can do just hours after President William Samoei Arap Ruto formed a tribunal to investigate them over a possible gross violation of the Constitition.
According to the Citizen TV News Anchor, Lilian Muli, the four suspended IEBC Commissioners, Juliana Cherera, Francis Wanderi, Irene Masit and Justus Nyang’aya have three options.
According to Citizen TV news anchor Lilian Muli, the four Suspended IEBC Commissioners can quickly move to Court to challenge the formation of the Tribunal in the Court of Law or face the five member Tribunal chaired by High Court Judge, Justice Aggrey Muchelule.
According to Lilian Muli, The four Commissioners can also go the Justus Nyang’aya's away by re-signing.
