The government of Kenya has yet again suffered a huge setback after the latest ruling by the Courts this morning.
The Government led by President Uhuru Kenyatta has suffered a huge blow after High Court declared Huduma Namba useless.
He has added that the government didn't conduct a data impact assessment before setting out to roll out the Huduma Namba process.
The ruling has triggered a series of mixed reactions from Kenyans who have talen to the internet to pen various thoughts on Justice Ngaah's ruling.
Some have supported the ruling and blamed President Uhuru Kenyatta for the Huduma Namba agenda, whereas some have disputed the ruling claiming it is an act that seeks to undermine the government agenda.
"Uhuru should be summoned to return the wasted resources on this illegal things. He should also return money wasted on BBI bill," one of the netizens reacted.
