Renowned City lawyer, Danstan Omari has revealed two powerful Kenyans whose security are also important apart from Deputy President, Dr. William Ruto. The vocal lawyer while talking in Day Break show in Citizen TV was responding to the recent saga involving DP Ruto's security where GSU Officers guarding his official residence were withdrawn and replaced with AP Officers.

The move by the National Police Service was criticized as it is seen as way of intimidating the Country's Second in Command. DP Ruto made a tactical move yesterday by sharing tea with the new AP Officers deployed in his official Karen Residence. The move taken by Ruto has been praised as a way of creating good relationship with his security officers amid uproars.

Danstan Omari has now revealed that apart from DP Ruto, President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM Party Leader, Raila Odinga are some of the leaders whose securities are a matter of National interest. He further reinstated that President Uhuru Kenyatta and DP Ruto should be protected by GSU officers as stipulated in the Constitution.

The vocal lawyer went ahead to state that Raila Odinga's security is very important and any threat to his life can cause instability in the country. The Deputy President on the other hand has reinstated that he is contented with the AP Officers offered to him.
