IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati is expected to exit to his office tommorow. IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati has lead two general election of Kenya. The first general election of Kenya he lead was in 2017 and the second was in 2022. According to the Supreme Court of Kenya, 2017 general election of Kenya was full of irregularities and the court ordered for a repeat of the general election. In 2022, the Supreme Court of Kenya ruled that the general election of Kenya was free and fair. 
Former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga has responded as follows after K24 TV asked Kenyans what they would say about IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati as he retires, "He should write his memoir to be published posthumously. This a patriotic thing to do, though cowardly, nonetheless we will read about his courage from his grave."
