A Sigh of Relief to MCA Aspirants as Court Makes Another Verdict

The Kenyan courts have yet again made the political asipirants to breath a sigh of relief after it's latest pronouncement. This is after the national assembly amended the law that to Vie for member of county assembly seat one must be a degree holder in any field of education. This saw president uhuru Kenyatta assenting to bill proposed by the national assembly.

The amendment of this new law did not go well with those who are just form four levers but had intentions to vie for different seats come in 2022 general elections. Most aspirants were forced to withdraw themselves from the race due to lack of this essential document (degree).

Therefore this court order is a sigh of relief to any asipirant who wish to lead Kenyans in there respective counties. Whereas also the ruling is a blow to the members of national assembly because they are the ones who proposed the bill and amended it and passed it with majority.
