Kenya is going through a moment of increased political surprises that have ended up disadvantaging some politicians in Kenya. This happens as some have ended up being caught in the trap unexpectedly. Mudavadi has always been the centre of all the traps sorounding betrayal in Kenya.
This started all the way since he abandoned his One Kenya Alliance colleagues. Many thought he will be DP Ruto's running mate automatically. However, UDA MP has revealed the person who will deputize DP Ruto saying this;
"There is a likelihood that Raila will not pick a youthful running mate and for this reason Nyoro suits the bill. We could not settle on Kimani Ichungwa since he hails from Kiambu which has produced two presidents and in Nyeri where MP Rigathi Gachagua is a bit old and the county has produced a president for two terms," said UDA leader from Mt Kenya region.
As this happens, we were earlier on informed that DP Ruto will give Mudavadi a powerful position in the government like the one Matiang'i occupies in Uhuru's government.
