Joshua Kutuny is one of the most known political leaders in the country. He is not only known because he is the Cherangany Member of Parliament but he is also known because he is always vocal and extremely controversial in most occasions.
Although that is the case, Joshua Kutuny has not been as vocal as he always is recent days. In fact, he has not been on the forefront of the Jubilee party and Azimio La Umoja-One Kenya Alliance campaigns but today, he broke his silence as he made a big move ahead of the much awaited August general election.
Through his official twitter account, Joshua Kutuny made a big move as he revealed that today, he commissioned modern twin laboratory at St. Pauls Cheptil Secondary School and 11 classrooms at Perkerra Primary School in Motosiet Ward. According to Kutuny, leaders are always elected to serve the people and thus, he is doing his mandate as a leader.
