President Uhuru Kenyatta has been facing it rough. He has been receiving all kinds of attacks from all corners. DP William Ruto allies have been giving him big blows and as we are speaking, things are even worse for him.
That is because President Uhuru Kenyatta's latest move landed him in trouble with Makau Mutua. That comes after the Head of State forwarding Martha Koome's name to the Parliament for approval, something didn't go down well with Makau Mutua.
According to Professor Makau Mutua who ended up giving President Uhuru Kenyatta a big blow, the Commander in Chief moved so quickly to forward the name yet he has been beating around the bush for two years when it comes to appointing the 41 judges approved by the JSC.
"I WONDER why Jubilee’s Uhuru Kenyatta has moved so QUICKLY to forward for approval by Parliament the JSC’s nominee for CJ while for TWO years he’s refused — even after the court so ordered — to appoint the 41 judges approved by the same body." Tweeted Makau Mutua.
