DP Ruto toured Jacaranda in Embakasi East Constituency in a bid to popularize himself ahead of 2022 polls and also to lure residents to vote for him to be the fifth president of Kenya. Moreover, he shifted blames on Raila Odinga for using youths to disrupt his meeting and declared that he has only six months to confuse the youths simply because he will employ them to work in a better place next year.
He also declared that he will place 20 billion in every ward to ensure that he solve this issue of youth being listed in CRB simply because they will have a place where they could borrow and later return the money with small interests.
