Murang'a Governor Irungu Kang'ata spent his Sunday in Homa Bay County where he was hosted by the county boss Gladys Wanga a day after President William Ruto's visit to the county
Taking to his Twitter account on Sunday, Kang'ata revealed that he had first condoled with a family that has lost their loved one.
"Spreading ethnic cohesion with Governor Gladys Wanga in Homabay county. Condoled with the Family of Mzee Baba Moses in Kendubay. Until there are no longer first class and second class citizens of any nation. There will always be chaos in Kenya," he said.
He added, "With Hon Gladys Wanga today in Homabay. Had accompanied HE Dr.Ruto in his Nyanza tour."
Kang'ata was among a section of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) leaders and who had accompanied President Ruto to Asembo in Siaya County during the home coming and thanksgiving service of the ICT Cabinet Secretary Eliud Owalo.
In his speech, Kang'ata thanked the president for moving with haste to unite the country after the August polls, further imploring upon him to appoint more leaders from Luo Nyanza in to his government.
