Leaders from the Rift Valley region including governors, MPs, Senators, MCAs and other community leaders.
Speaking to the press after the meeting, Governor Nanok has highlighted the points they discussed including boosting the regions Agriculture since the region covers over 38% of the countries landmark.
Other issues discussed in the meeting include tourism which has flourished in the region and many other factors.
Hon Kimani Ngunjiri added that they have also discussed peace an stability of the region and the country at all saying that they will not allow themselves to be incited to violence again.
Governor Nanok hinted that they have also discussed that 2022 politics and constituted a 14 member committee to further look into the possible options and come up with recommendations in the next 14 days for further discussions.
The leaders have resolved to approach DP Ruto who comes from the same region as any other aspirant and only support him if he is willing to attend to their needs as a region
