How Kindiki Addressed DP Ruto By Mistake Instead Of President Uhuru (Video)
By 241News (self media writer) | 1 month ago
Professor Kindiki embarrassed himself in Tharaka Nithi on Saturday while he was addressing a crowd in Chuka centre during Ruto's rally. The deputy president called Kindiki on stage to give his speech and when he started addressing the people, he directed all his speech at president Uhuru Kenyatta.
He was angered by the things happening in the government including Uhuru supporting Raila and at some point his bitterness overcame him that he forgot who he was addressing. Instead of calling out Uhuru's name, Kindiki got confused and called Ruto's name. When he realized the mistake he had made, he paused immediately midway and called out Uhuru's name. It was an embarrassing moment but he managed to save the day.
"Na wewe mheshimiwa Rais ambaye unaondoka nimeona magazeti yameanza kuandika ati ya kwamba sisi ati tutakufuata ukienda retirement. Wewe William Ru... Wewe Uhuru Kenyatta nataka nikukumbushe Incase you have forgotten..." He said.
