In the past few months, Deputy President William Ruto and Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga have been seen as the main two horses for the 2022 general election. Many Kenyans have now set their eyes on the two leaders based on their manifestos.
This evening, the former prime minister has been given a huge setback in the face as a vocal ODM party nominated member of parliament has come out to openly endorse deputy president William Ruto during a meeting at the DP's official residence in Karen, Nairobi county.
Wilson Sossion has further added that deputy president Dr. William Ruto has successfully shifted the political debate in the country from empty rhetoric to a conversation about the empowerment of citizens ahead of the 2022 general election.
