Malindi Leaders Drum up Their Support For UDA Party as They Launch a Scathing Attack on Amason Kingi

A section of Malindi leaders have drummed up their support for Deputy President William Ruto's UDA party, stating that it is the only political party that has the interests of Kenyans at heart.

Speaking during a meeting with the residents in Kaloleni, Malindi parliamentary aspirant Peter Ziro said that he is not supporting Ruto's presidential bid because he is his close friend, but because he has ideologies that resonate with the ordinary Kenyan.

"I stand with Ruto because his agenda will deliver Kilifi and Coastal residents and Kenyans at large. His economic model will empower Kenyans and ensure they become respectable people in their country.

Aisha Jumwa's ally Peter Ponda urged Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi to shun from telling the residents who they should vote for as their governor, urging him to exit the stage peacefully once his second term ends.

Ponda believes that Aisha Jumwa will be elected as the next Kilifi county boss under the UDA ticket.

This comes at a time when allies of Kingi have been popularizing the new party, Pamoja African Alliance (PAA) which according to them will unite the Coastal region.
