"Perhaps I will be assassinated because in my status I cannot be murdered" Nelson Havi says

The ongoing proceedings in the supreme court of Kenya has attracted alot of interest from senior citizens of the country ahead of the 2022 general elections. The supreme court is dealing with an appeal of a case brought to them by the building bridges initiative promoters. The former president of the Law society of Kenya Nelson Havi is against the initiative and says it was unconstitutionally constituted and its aim is to dismember the constitution entirely ahead of the general elections.

During his submission today, he was keen to note that he cannot be murder because of his political position but can only be assassinated. He was highlighting an example when giving his opinion to support the ruling by the high court of Kenya on the ammendment bill last year.

Havi was keen to note that the ammendments proposed were meant to alter the basic structure of the constitution completely.
