Azimio la Umoja being headed by Raila Odinga has hit the road running.The alliance is currently raiding Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula's home turf.Yesterday,the team was in areas such as Webuye in a bid to consolidate support base.Odinga's team is certainly sure of defeating the two western Kenya kingpins after netting the new DAP-Kenya party that has helped ground ANC party.Besides,the defections from the ANC to ODM party are set to affect the Kenya Kwanza alliance.
Raila's allies are determined to get hold of his key regions.However,the rivalry in some areas such as Kisii is set to backfire on the Party.Seemingly,ODM is in danger in the Gusii region.The area has had smaller parties that have swallowed politicians.The latest entrant DAP-Kenya swallowed Professor Sam Ongeri.
However,it is emerging that the rivalry between Governor Ongwae and MP Simba Arati has left many aspirants joining the smaller parties.These wrangles are reportedly engulfing the Orange party.What next for Odinga?
