Deputy President William Ruto today, Tuesday, stormed Wiper Leader perceived home grounds in Makueni County where addressed a large crowd of wananchi and smallscale traders in Emali, Sultan Hamud and Salama towns.

Deputy President while addressing his Supporters, Ruto said put forward his plans to his Government will low-interest rate regime as advocated in Bottom-Up Economic Model. According to Deputy President, Bottom-up economic model presents a new investment environment that delivers SMEs and entrepreneurs from the bondage of shylocks, helping them access affordable loans to fulfill their start-up, cash flow and investment needs.
