The President was on the receiving end of scathing attacks from every section of the country following his decision to decline to appoint 6 judges who were part of the initial list of 40 judges who had been vetted by the JSC ready for appointments.
The President cited that he had received Crucial in tell about the six judges thus could not go ahead to appoint them.
The case of the six is now set for hearing after a Three judge bench was appointed to hear a case on the six judges left out by President Kenyatta for an appointment, court orders all files to be consolidated.
The case is scheduled to start immediately after the bench was appointed.
