The konza technopolis project

This is the largest technology hub planned by government to be build 64 kms from South of Nairobi which will drive you to the port city of Mombasa.

It's located in Machakos county and construction cost is 1.2 trillion ksh

Konza city will be a world class city , powered by a growing information communications and technology sector, superior reliable infrastructure and business friendly .

The Nairobi railway city project

Nairobi railway city will be an iconic multi modal urban development .

The Kenya railways together with Nairobi city county Government and the ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing & Urban Development are in charge with developing the Nairobi railway's city master planning .The planing area situated within the Nairobi Central Railway Station, the marshalling yard, the Kenya Railways Pension Scheme Land (Landimawe Estate), the locomotive and wagons workshops and the section of Nairobi’s Industrial Area that borders the southern boundary of the Nairobi Railway Station.

The Nairobi express way project

The Nairobi express way is a planned dual carriage motorway with initially four way expendable with six way in the future and it will be capable of supporting traffic speed of up to 120 km per hour.

The express way will stretch from Jkia and Mombasa road to Westlands.
