"This Impunity Won't Be Allowed" Raila Allies Over Ruto's Suspicious Move to Amend Constitution

ODM Leader Hon Raila Odinga's allies led by his elder brother Hon Oburu Odinga, Homabay Member of Parliament Hon Moses Kajwang have this afternoon opposed Ruto's latest move to propose for an amendment to the CoK in a move that will see Cabinet Secretaries alongside other Govt officials appear in the Parliament to answer various questions.

Addressing the press and responding to Kakamega Senator Hon Boniface Khalwale and Aaron Cheruyiot's sediments defending William Ruto over the need to have CS appear in Parliament, Raila's elder brother said it is sad and unfortunate that Ruto is currently applying the BBI via the back door saying that those are the things that had been captured by the document that was declared illegal by the Supreme Court.

"Siaya Senator Oburu Odinga allied with Azimio questioned Khalwale for supporting an amendment to the Standing Orders that was initially proposed by the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) proponents. Kenya Kwanza allies campaigned against the project fronted by former President Uhuru Kenyatta and former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga," reports.
