During the campaigns time, the president of the republic of Kenya, Dr William Samoe Ruto used to promise the people of Kenya that when he will take over the presidency, he will create a fund called hustler fund which will benefit all the hustlers in the republic of Kenya. Now, today, the head of state has come out to announce when he will be releasing the hustler fund.
As reported by the NTV News, Dr William Ruto has announced that his goverment will release this fund by december this year. Due to this, Ruto told the people of Kenya to prepare themselves on how they will be receiving this money saying that it will not be disbursed anyhowly. However, the head of state did not reveal the requirements for one to be eligible to get this fund.
Ruto was talking in Kirinyaga county during the launch of Thiba dam which had been in construction since 2018. Ruto was accompanied by his deputy, hon Rigathi Gachagua and the governor of Nairobi Kirinyaga county, hon Anne Waiguru and other Mount Kenya leaders.
