Member of Parliament of Soy Constituency Hon. Caleb Kositany has caused an uproar online by condemning Siaya County residents for throwing stones at Senator James Orengo and MP Otiende Amolo yesterday.
Penning his thoughts in a post on his Twitter handle,he said is a very backward behaviour by this goons and shame on whoever hired them, shame on all that endangered their lives and that of others, a post that has elicited mixed reactions from Netizens online.
