Raila Odinga's predictions about the "Tsunami '' and '' Nobody Can Stop Reggae '' might come true. Odinga has all the reasons to beat his chest after BBI bill was passed by four counties on Thursday. These counties include : Nairobi, Vihiga, Kisii and Laikipia.

114 members of County assembly voted for the bill in Nairobi. Those who witnessed the voting include: Rachel Shebesh, Maina Kamanda, Babu Owino and Senator Johnson Sakaja.

Later on, the county assembly of Nairobi held a moment of silence to honor the late Senator Yusuf Haji who passed away on Monday.

Other counties which have passed the BBI bill include :Kisii, Laikipia, Homabay, Kisumu, Trans-Nzoia, Kajiado, Busia, West Pokot and Kisumu. Laikipia was the first county assembly from Mt. Kenya to endorse the BBI. This has been a very successful week to Uhuru Muigai and Raila Odinga. Ruto will have to dance to the tune of BBI to avoid being embarrassed in future.
