His Excellence Rigathi Gachagua has made it his mission to convince leaders of the Orange Democratic Movement, or ODM, which is affiliated with former prime minister Raila Odinga of Mount Kenya, to leave the group and join the Kenya Kwanza party, which is affiliated with William Ruto.
His Excellence Rigathi Gachagua said he is working on a strategy to get the remaining 13% of Mount Kenyans who support the ODM to defect and join Kenya Kwanza during a graduation meeting.
According to a reliable source, Rigathi Gachagua, the deputy president, is currently making his way to Mount Kenya. According to reports, he's making peace with the Mountain region billionaires who shunned him and publicly declared their support for the late prime minister Raila Odinga.
If the deputy president Rigathi Gachagua manages to win over the Mount Kenya leaders who had been ardent Raila Odinga supporters, it could be a blow to the former prime minister.
Which side do you think will prevail in this conflict, His Excellence Rigathi Gachagua? In the comments, express your opinions on this.
