The former prime minister of the Republic of Kenya and Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader the Right Honourable Raila Amollo Odinga has sent congratulatory message to Pavel Oimeke after the IEBC declared him as the winner of the just concluded Bonchari Constituency by-election.

Penning his thoughts in a post on his twitter account on Wednesday morning, the enigma said that the just concluded By-election is a clear demonstration of the unwavering support and love for ODM Party.
Odinga further applauded Governor Ongwae, the Kisii ODM team, the Abagusii Community and the entire family of ODM for a good job in the Bonchari Constituency by-election.
"Congratulations to Bonchari Mp Elect Pavel Oimeke! The win in the just concluded by-election is a clear demonstration of the unwavering support and love for the ODM party. Governor Ongwae, the kisii ODM team, the Abagusii Community and the entire family of ODM, kazi mzuri," Said Odinga.
Pavel Oimeke won the Bonchari Constituency by-election with 8,049 votes with Jubilee's Zebedeo Opore coming in the second position with 7, 279 votes and the Deputy President Dr William Ruto's UDA candidate Teresa Bititu coming in the third position with 6,964 votes.
