Worried Ndaragwa Member of Parliament Hon Jeremiah Kioni an ally of President Uhuru Kenyatta has today admitted that Deputy President William Ruto might carry the day ahead of the much awaited 2022 general election, adding that something needs to be done as far as Mt Kenya region politics are concerned.
Speaking during another Rally in Migori where Raila was in attendance, the Kieleweke MP however admitted that Raila's political experience in the Government won't add any advantage as far as his 2022 Presidential Bid is concerned. "As I speak here, I want to assure you that as we sell Raila in other parts of the nation, we must deploy tactics that our enemies won't afford. We are worried because in politics everything should count; nothing deserve to be ignored... You I'm hearing that If election were to be held today, he will win," Jeremia Says.
Elsewhere, the people's daily has reported that Nominated MP Maina Kamanda has revealed that President Uhuru Kenyatta will soon start his one-on-one engagement with the people of Mt Kenya region.
He said that Uhuru will conduct several rallies in his political backyard to explain to the people his achievement in the region for the last nine years, and to guide them ahead of the August election.
