Today in the afternoon, the ODM party leader hon Raila Odinga together with his allies came out to announce that they will call for a mass action against Dr William Ruto's goverment within the next ten days if Ruto will not lower the cost of living. Odinga was talking in Saboti constituency in Trans Nzoia county during people's baraza.
Now, few moments after Odinga's announcement, the head of state has finally come out to respond to it. As reported by the Nation Africa, Ruto who was talking in Lamu county said that they don't have time for Raila Odinga's chief politics. He condemned it saying that Kenya cannot be planning demonstrations at this time when other countries are busy in development.
"We can't be planning demonstrations and mass actions while the rest of the world is focused on development, we will be left behind. We are focused on recovering our economy. We have no time for cheap politics," Said President William Ruto
